Having served Central and Southwest Virginia for over 30 years, Moseley-Dickinson Academy of Real Estate, a leader in real estate education, is rejoining Moseley Flint Schools of Real Estate. Originally started in 1991 by President and Owner, John Dickinson, it acquired the western Virginia operations of Moseley Flint in 1997 and became Moseley-Dickinson Academy of Real Estate. Effective December 2021, Moseley-Dickinson will once again become a part of Moseley Flint.
The combination of these two leaders in real estate education will capitalize on several synergies. Because of their early connection, Moseley-Dickinson always has used curriculum developed by Moseley Flint. Once the acquisition is complete, students won’t see any difference in what they are taught, and with the same Moseley-Dickinson instructors at the head of the classroom, they won’t see any difference in how they are taught. Moseley Flint will also continue in the existing Roanoke location and will honor Moseley-Dickinson school policies.
John Dickinson further describes the advantages of this change, “Our rejoining the Moseley Flint family allows our customers to access a broad range of learning tools, materials, videos, etc., while continuing our commitment to the high-quality classroom experience we've always provided. I'm very excited to work closely with Walton Moseley and his entire team to raise our school to the next level!”
Walton Moseley, President of Moseley Flints Schools of Real Estate explains, “We’re excited to expand our footprint in Virginia. Moseley Flint has served Virginia, primarily in the Richmond area, since 1974. Our acquisition of Moseley-Dickinson provides an opportunity to serve Central and Southwest Virginia with a classroom location in Roanoke. Over the years, both companies have helped thousands of Virginians become top real estate agents and we’re excited to help even more Virginians achieve their dreams.”
Moseley Flint’s acquisition of Moseley-Dickinson Academy of Real Estate brings these two real estate education leaders back together and will ensure that quality real estate education continues to be available in the Roanoke area.
